From the main WordPress control panel, navigate to the list of pages by choosing Pages>All Pages from the main menu
Roll over the name of the page you want to edit, and click the Edit in Elementor option
The Elementor Editing page will open, with a view of the page on the right, and a list of Elementor widgets on the left.
Roll over the element you want to edit on the right, and a blue box will appear surrounding it. You’ll see a little pencil icon in the upper right corner of this box. Click it,and you’ll see an editing screen for that element appear on the left. This is where you will edit the element, rather than directly in the page itself.
You’ll see that the editing screen looks like a little word processor, with styling options like bold, italic, center align, etc, up top, and the text below. Go ahead and make the edits you want here in this editing box on the left of the page.
When youre done editing, click on the pink Update button at the bottom of the left hand module.
LINE SPACING
Note: when you want to create a single line space between elements, as shown above, hold down the SHIFT key while hitting RETURN. For a full line space, with a “gap”, simply hit RETURN,
CREATING A TEXT LINK
To create a text link, place the cursor where you want the link to appear, and then click on the Insert/Edit link button in the styling options above the text
A small pop-up box will appear. Dont paste the URL in this pop-up box though. Rather, click on the little “gear” icon next to the blue arrow button.
This will open up a larger pop up box. Paste in the URL you want to target in the URL window, type in the link text you want (ie, “Learn more”, “Read”, etc) in the Link Text window, and check the box saying Open Link in new tab. Then click the blue Add Link button beloiw to add it to the page.
EXITING
When youre done editing and want to exit Elementor, click on the three lines at the top let hand corner of the page….
This will open a menu. Choose Exit at the bottom, and youll be returned to the WordPress control panel where you started.
